I bought my teen son the mens 2010 S/M for recreational skating. I used it a couple times while I waited for my s/m 2011 womens helmet to arrive. This one fit just a little tighter than my s/m womens model - but it fits him perfectly. My 2011 women's model seems like it has a little more tolerance for my big head. :)
